Reporting abuse or someone selling cigars? Use Report on the profile, the tasting or the club inside the app — it reaches the platform, not only the club’s founder. If you cannot get to the app, email us with a link or a screenshot and the name of the club. Reports are handled within 24 hours.

Clubs

How do I join a club?

Three ways, and the club’s founder decides which are open. With an invitation — a code or a link from a member; open it and you are in. By application — fill in your profile, write a couple of lines, and wait for the founder or a moderator. Or from the public catalog, for the clubs that chose to be listed there.

Most clubs are private and never appear in the catalog. If you were told about one, ask for a link.

How do I create my own club?

In the app: sign in with Apple, fill in your profile — first name, last name, photo and region are required — and create the club. You choose its name, description, region, how people get in (invitation only, applications, or open) and whether it is private or listed publicly.

You can have up to two active clubs. That limit exists to keep spam clubs from multiplying, not to annoy you.

My club is private. Will it show up on this website?

No. Private is the default, and a private club is reachable only through a link its members share. It is not in the catalog, not in search, and not on any public page. A club appears in the catalog only if you ask for it to be listed and we approve it.

Privacy

Do my tastings become visible when I join a club?

No. Nothing is published unless you publish it. A tasting leaves your device only when you tap share, choose the clubs it goes to, and confirm. Everything else stays exactly where it was.

Can I be in a club and share nothing at all?

Yes, and it is a completely normal way to be a member. Both sharing toggles — humidor and tastings — are off until you switch them on, and they are set separately for each club. Nobody is told that you are quiet.

Can anyone see what my collection cost?

No, and there is no setting that would allow it. Prices and the value of your collection stay on your device. Nothing on the server has a field for them.

How do I block someone?

Open their profile and choose Block. It works both ways and covers everything: you vanish from each other’s clubs, cigar pages and search results, including anything either of you publishes afterwards. No reason required, and they are not told.

Account

How do I delete my account?

In the app, under account settings. Deletion is immediate and physical: your profile, photos, published tastings, memberships, the invitations you created and your shelf entries are erased from the database and from disk. A club you founded goes with you.

Your journal on the device is not touched — it was never on our server. Delete the app to remove that as well. If you cannot reach the app, email efsh49@gmail.com from the address linked to your account.

I signed in with “Hide My Email”. Is that a problem?

Not at all. A private relay address works exactly like any other for us — we only ever use it to reach you about your account. Just keep in mind that if you write to support from a different address we may not be able to match it to your account.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your device open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or follow Apple’s instructions.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
